• Order history, amounts spent, and loyalty points.
• Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Why we use it (lawful bases)

• To fulfil your order - performance of a contract.
• Marketing emails - only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Fraud prevention, security and legal obligations - legitimate interests / legal duty.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the business (e.g. Stripe for payments, our email and delivery providers). We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep order records for 6 years to meet UK tax/accounting rules, and marketing data until you unsubscribe.

Orders & pricing

• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors.
• A contract forms when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. stock or payment issues) and will refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Right to cancel (14 days)

For online orders you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, and return them within 14 days of telling us. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return).

Condition & hygiene

Goods should be returned unused and, for reasons of hygiene, with any seal intact. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Email info@regalparfumes.com with your order number. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
